Paternal Leave
Our paid parental leave policy provides our employees, regardless of gender, who have completed at least 12 months of continuous full-time employment with six weeks of 100% paid leave to bond with a new child following a birth, adoption, or foster care placement. We want our employees to be able to bond with the newest additions to their families and return to their jobs feeling confident and ready.

Community Engagement
At Chobani, giving back has been one of our core values since day one, and we’re dedicated to providing opportunities to engage with our communities. Last year, our employees collectively volunteered 3,840 total hours through Chobani-sponsored community events and we donated over 3 million cups of yogurt to local food banks and food pantries.
