Summary

The Director of Ops Excellence will serve as the single point of contact for tracking supply to shelf end-to-end, ensuring seamless operations from Muskegon to LC PB/IPSO, and ultimately to the shelf with in-stocks. This role involves developing a comprehensive tool and reporting suite that integrates KDP sales data, store-level data, field execution sales and inventory data. The Director of Ops Excellence will manage daily business operations with KDP, including order management, forecasting, and inventory, while identifying gaps and operational needs. This role's leadership will be critical as we stand up new proprietary capabilities and work directly with KDP to develop tight operational planning, execution and reporting. Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary liaison between Supply Chain, KDP, IPSO, Brand Sales, and Field Execution, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. This will include acting as the LC lead for weekly Supply Chain connects with KDP. Requirements
