THE JOB: As a Villa Services Coordinator at Aria, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us. THE STARTING PAY: $19.00 per hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Handle guest food and beverage orders with the appropriate restaurant and/or In-Room Dining
- Expedite requests for transportation reservations, restaurant reservation, Spa appointments
- Assist Butlers in delivering timely and complete services to the guests
- Set up orders, deliver these orders to the Butler assigned and maintain a clean working area in the kitchen
- Order supplies through the IP System and Purchasing
- Assist in the arrangement of personal services, such as haircutting and styling, manicure, massage, etc. for Villa guests
- Maintain Butler's pantry and all other assigned areas in a neat and serviceable condition
- Knowledgeable of liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available; the particular characteristics and description of every wine/champagne by the glass and major wines on the wine list and guest room layout; locations and room numbers/names
- Check storage areas for proper supplies, organization and cleanliness
- Inspect table set-ups; check for cleanliness, neatness and agreement with guest's order and departmental standards
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Ability to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Passion for hospitality and wanting a long term career.
- 2+ Years of Prior Relevant guest service experience.
- Experience in a similar resort setting.
- Experience with HotSOS and Opera Systems.
