About PLUS: PLUS is an award-winning human-AI math tutoring program that aims to double the rate of math learning in middle school students, especially those from low-income families. PLUS is operated by CMU in collaboration with Carnegie Learning and Stanford University and is led by Prof. Ken Koedinger and Shiv Gupta. The PLUS program features a hybrid tutoring platform that combines human and AI tutoring to deliver personalized learning for each student. PLUS Tutoring serves thousands of students in over a dozen schools across the country. About The Role: As a Tutor Supervisor at PLUS, you will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, managing, and deploying tutors at our partner school sites. Your core responsibilities will include:
