This position includes membership in the health sciences compensation plan [https://ucop.edu/academic-personnel-programs/_files/apm/apm-670.pdf], which provides for eligibility for additional compensation Application Window Open date: July 26, 2024 Most recent review date: Friday, Dec 20, 2024 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Final date: Monday, Jun 30, 2025 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Position description The Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine, Section of Clinical Immunology and Allergy, in the Department of Medicine at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA is seeking candidates for full-time academic clinical positions at the Instructor, Assistant, Associate, or full Professor ranks. The candidate must be board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine, Medicine/Pediatrics, or Pediatrics, and must additionally be board certified or board eligible in Allergy and Immunology. Outpatient and inpatient consultative care at one or more of the following sites is required: Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, Santa Monica UCLA Medical Center, West LA VA, as well as clinics in Porter Ranch, Torrance, Beverly Hills, Burbank, North Valley, Downtown LA, Santa Clarita, and other sites in the greater Los Angeles area. The position encompasses a broad range of immunologic conditions including allergic airway and skin conditions, primary immunodeficiency, and food and drug hypersensitivity. This position may include night call coverage. Teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows is expected. Opportunities for clinical research may be available.
