As a Quality Inspector, you'll play a critical role in upholding our reputation for excellence, ensuring that every part meets the highest industry standards. What You'll Do: Inspect aerospace components at receiving, in-process, and final production stages to ensure strict compliance Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to verify measurements and tolerances Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and go/no-go gauges Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete-including revision status, test reports, and data entry Retrieve & analyze quality data to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes Maintain compliance with AS9100D, ISO 9001:2015, FAA, and other regulatory standards Communicate effectively to resolve quality concerns and collaborate with production teams Contribute to a safe work environment-follow best practices for PPE, chemical storage, and equipment safety What You Bring to the Team: High school diploma or GED (Quality experience preferred, but we'll train the right person!) Experience with precision measuring tools-calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, etc. Ability to read blueprints & technical documents Strong mathematical skills-addition, subtraction, fractions, and decimals Problem-solving mindset-comfortable analyzing and troubleshooting manufacturing issues Passion for quality & attention to detail-nothing gets past you! Work Environment & Physical Demands: Engage in hands-on inspections in a dynamic manufacturing setting Work near cutting-edge aerospace components with moderate noise levels Physical activity-standing, kneeling, and occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs) Why Join Wall Colmonoy?
