Registered Nurse- Neurosurgical

• Care coordination, assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating and modifying plans of care in consultation with the surgical team.
• Partnering with families between clinic visits, pre-operatively and to include post discharge follow up.
• Collaborating across the multi-disciplinary teams and community resources facilitating care needs for patients and families.
• Optimizing patient and family education regarding disease management
• Providing oversight, delegation and act as a resource to unlicensed staff, including clinical assistants and patient experience representatives
• Triaging calls from patients and families in our ambulatory clinic.
• Working 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday (5) 8 hour shifts.

• BSN degree.

• 3 years of Pediatric RN experience required, inpatient neuroscience preferable (or experience in an ambulatory setting).
• Ability to set priorities when organizing care for patients with varying acuity.

• MA RN license.

The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.
