Product Development Coordinator

We are seeking a Product Development Coordinator who will be at the heart of innovation, driving the creation of new products and ensuring their successful journey through the development lifecycle. Your expertise in coordinating and tracking will be crucial in maintaining project timelines and fostering seamless communication across various teams and external partners. You will directly impact the speed and efficiency with which new designs and prototypes are brought to market, contributing significantly to the brand's competitive edge and consumer appeal.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate the comprehensive development of prototype products, ensuring alignment with design vision and technical specifications.
• Monitor the overall product development process for a specific product line, identifying potential roadblocks and proactively addressing them.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all development details with vendor partners, facilitating clear and consistent communication.
• Create and meticulously update seasonal composite sheets and classification charts, acting as essential reference documents.
• Coordinate the workflow of weekly updates to ensure that composites are effectively utilized as a timely communication tool across merchandising, production, and technical teams, as well as with vendors.
• Track all development activities to assure execution adheres to established timelines and quality standards.
• Communicate intricate design development details to relevant stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding throughout the process.
