APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Develop and review test strategies, test plans, test cases, and supporting test data in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Lead functional testing activities, monitor test execution, document results, and maintain QA traceability matrices. Communicate testing approaches, progress, and status updates to stakeholders. Facilitate defect triage, impact assessments, and discussions around regression testing and automation opportunities. Promote QA standards and best practices while supporting risk management, regulatory compliance, and internal control requirements. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 3 years of application testing experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in leading test efforts on a project and initiative. Minimum 5 years of experience in adapting to a rapidly changing environment under aggressive timelines. Minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium, Appium, Cucumber/BDD Minimum 5 years of experience with Ruby, Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages Minimum 5 years of experience in Test framework development and maintenance What Sets You Apart: Associate's Degree in Computer Science or Business Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Software testing certification. Familiarity with Agile software development framework. Familiarity with Project Management practices. Pertinent web service testing application experience. Detail-oriented. Strong analytical skills. Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Self-motivated.
