Position Title: Operator
Wage: $21.50/hour Shift: 3rd or 12 Hour Nights Hours: 11:00pm - 7:00am or 6:00pm - 6:00am Feeling underpaid or undervalued? This could be the position that you deserve! Operator Responsibilities: - Setting up and operating secondary processing equipment - Producing quality products in accordance with company procedures, work instructions, and specifications - Completing inspection check sheets and all required documentation - Inspecting parts using measuring tools - Operating forklift - Inspecting and packaging parts from extrusion lines following specification sheets and packaging diagrams - Reading and interpreting drawings and routers, applying basic math skills, and using hand-held measuring tools - Assisting with basic equipment care and maintenance - Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Requirements for Operator: - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions - Strong attention to detail - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others - Standing/walking for 8-10 hours in fast-paced environment; lifting 50 pounds regularly - Strong math skills including fractions and conversions IND045 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
