Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. Ability to read, write, and speak English. Basic math skills required. Experience Requirements Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred. Ability to perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining quality standards. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Reliable attendance and dependability required. Ability to read and understand SOPs, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation. Ability to meet production goals and quality expectations. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 40 pounds. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods throughout an 8-12 hour shift. Repetitive use of hands and arms throughout the workday. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels and required PPE. Job Duties Assemble medical devices and components according to specifications and work instructions. Read and follow standard operating procedures, manufacturing procedures, and regulatory requirements. Perform production line setup, startup, and shutdown activities as required. Operate assigned work cells to ensure products meet quality and production standards. Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, drills, wire cutters, and crimpers. Package products into bags, cartons, and shipping containers. Perform testing of materials and production samples as required. Maintain inventory accuracy and support production material replenishment. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team projects. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Cross-train and work in multiple production areas as needed. Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
