Job Description:
The Mechanical Production / Assembly Technician will be responsible for deburring rotors and other hardware components prior to assembly. The role requires basic mechanical aptitude, the ability to follow written instructions, and familiarity with hand and air-powered tools. The individual must maintain quality standards, complete required documentation, and follow established workplace safety procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Deburr rotors and other hardware components prior to assembly.
• Use air tools and other equipment to perform assigned production tasks.
• Follow written work instructions and established procedures.
• Complete quality control documents accurately and maintain required records.
• Understand and follow safe work practices in accordance with training requirements.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Basic mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions.
• Ability to safely operate air tools.
• Ability to complete quality-related documentation.
• Understanding of workplace safety practices.
• Good verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous factory or industrial manufacturing experience.
