The Philadelphia office of Morgan Lewis seeks to hire second year law students for our 2028 Summer Associate Program. Our Philadelphia office is hiring students interested in the following practice groups: Corporate & Business Transactions, Finance, Investment Management, Labor & Employment, Litigation, and Tax-Private Client.
Please indicate your practice group(s) of interest in your application materials. In addition, all applicants must be a U.S. citizen or otherwise have proper U.S. work authorization. Morgan Lewis will host First-Generation Fellows in all offices with a summer program. Recipients will receive a paid 2027 and 2028 summer associate position in one of our sponsoring offices after their first and second year of law school. If you are interested in being considered for this fellowship, you must also submit a personal statement (max. 500 words) with your application materials. The statement should address how this fellowship will support your development and success as you prepare for a career in private practice.
