Position Title: Production/Finisher
Wage: $20.00-$22.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday QPS Employment Group is hiring a Production/Finisher for a company in Hartland, WI. This is an opportunity for hire role on 1st shift. Production/Finisher Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Finish the product through priming, lamination, gluing, sanding, trimming, glazing, and other processes - May perform all tasks conducted by the team in the assembly process and rotate through all or most of them, rather than being assigned to a specific task on a permanent basis - Prepare parts for painting by sanding and sandblasting and filling with epoxy and polyester filler - Install brass inserts in rapid prototype, fiberglass, and injection molded parts Production/Finisher Requirements: - High school diploma or General Education (GED) required - Forklift certification preferred - At least 1 year of relevant experience - Knowledge of hand tools/air tools and other equipment - Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds - Willingness to be flexible and apply new programs and technology - Able to read blueprints (preferred) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Solid problem-solving skills/techniques - Able to multi-task and manage multiple projects - Strong work ethics and high attention to detail - Flexible, ability to work in a fast-paced team environment - Able to manage sensitive and confidential information - Self-motivated and able to take responsibility - Must be able to stand prolonged period of time IND022 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
