Are you a seasoned marketing expert with a passion for driving engagement and conversion? Imagine shaping the way creators connect with their audience and grow their careers on a global scale. We're seeking a dynamic individual to step into a pivotal role, where your expertise in digital marketing will directly impact millions of artists and their teams, helping them thrive in the ever-evolving digital landscape. This is your chance to be at the forefront of creator empowerment, leveraging sophisticated marketing strategies to foster growth and awareness for a suite of industry-leading products. You will be a key part of a team reimagining how creators leverage our platform, share their art, and build their careers, with a strong focus on flawless execution and impactful communication.

What You'll Do

  • Set up and launch a range of multi-channel, multi-step journeys, with a heavy emphasis on email.
  • Build and QA email templates according to approved copy and design, utilizing Liquid logic and content blocks to personalize campaigns, plus coding some templates in HTML/CSS.
  • Coordinate with engineering and localization teams to translate communications for up to 26 languages.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of all campaigns and regularly identify opportunities for improvement to the wider team.
  • Coordinate various aspects of campaigns, including targeting query workstreams, and collaborate closely with creative and product marketing teams to ensure quality executions and on-brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with Data Science to build and QA audience segments using SQL and BigQuery, validating them against suppression and exclusion lists before every launch.
  • Work cross-functionally to improve processes and refine ways of working.
  • Work closely with the Growth Marketing team to inform strategy and tactics across all campaigns, globally.
  • Maintain the growth campaign calendar and Asana boards to organize incoming requests and decrease conflicting sends.
  • Utilize Claude to improve various steps of our processes.
  • Pull campaign and A/B test results, flag anomalies, and surface opportunities for improvement to the wider team.

Who You Are

We are looking for a collaborative, autonomous, and resilient individual who can navigate fast-paced environments and deliver flawless execution. You will play a strategic role in managing day-to-day campaign execution and go-to-market launches, freeing up bandwidth for growth marketing managers to focus on overarching business goals. Your influence will be centered on maintaining creator trust and driving product awareness across cross-functional teams, ensuring every communication is impactful and precise.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience working within Braze to set up owned-channel campaigns.
  • Experience translating communications across multiple languages.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring campaigns are accurate, on-brand, and technically sound.
  • Hands-on experience with Liquid, HTML/CSS, and email template QA.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and BigQuery.
  • Regularly use Claude, with a human in the loop.
  • A deep understanding of growth tactics, strategies, optimizations, and marketing funnels.
  • An understanding of the complex dynamics within the digital content and creator ecosystem.
  • Collaborative by nature, thriving in cross-functional team environments.
  • Demonstrated initiative and independence, including the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and execute projects with minimal supervision.
  • A creative problem solver who can identify challenges and propose effective solutions.
  • Jira software experience.
  • Strong cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage a high volume of work.
  • Resilience, strong cross-functional communication, and autonomous problem-solving under pressure, especially during short timelines and high-pressure requests.
