Construction Project Manager, Process Gas & Chem, Terafab

This position will be located in Anderson, TX.

As aProcess Gas & Chemical Construction Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and executing construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with your Project team, Design team, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful completion of projects on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Your technicalexpertise, organizational skills, and ability to effectively communicate will be key in coordinating andfacilitatingvarious aspects of the construction process.You will oversee complex, fast-paced construction environments involvingAir Separation Units,Bulk Specialty Gas Systems, and ChemicalSystems.

• Lead end-to-end construction management of semiconductor facilities, from pre-construction through commissioning and handover
• Manage interfaces with bulk gas vendor,(EPC, installation, FAT, SAT, performance testing, purity qualification for electronic-grade N/O/Ar). Lead coordination for Bulk Specialty/Process GasSystems&Chemical Delivery Systems
• Oversee construction schedule, quality control, installation of large-bore piping, electrical/ instrumentation,utilities oftie-ins, and safety systems for the ASU area
• Manage vendor interfaces for bulk specialty gas supply systems; coordinate deliverylogistics, change-outs, and high-flow capacity
• Track and review contractor invoices. Create, manage, update, and enforce overall project schedule based off project documents. Compare and trackbaselinefrom actual and report variances. Familiarity with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
• Review/approve designs, P&IDs, isometrics, submittals; manage RFIs and change orders specific toair separation units
• Experience in reading, interpreting, and implementing Contract Documents and Specifications. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, local authorities, industry standards, and codes. Be able to communicate and coordinate with all project stakeholders from contractors, Design/Engineering, and QA/Commissioning teams

• 7+ years in construction coordination, project management, or field supervision-ideally in semiconductorfabconstruction/tool install, high-purity gas/chemical systems, process piping, industrial/chemical/gas plants, cleanrooms, or manufacturing facilities
• Specific G&C or semiconductor, pharmaceutical facilities experience (e.g., 2+ years ingases/chemicals systems) is highly valued
• Degree in Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, codes, regulations, and safety protocols
• Experience withEPC,design-build construction methods
• Proficiencyin project management tools (MS project, Bluebeam, Primavera P6)
