Join our team as a Manager, Reliability Engineering. Job Summary
The Manager, Reliability Quality leads the motorcycle reliability function within Product Quality team and is responsible for ensuring products meet customer and corporate expectations for quality, durability, and reliability throughout the product lifecycle. This role develops reliability strategies, drives risk reduction activities during product development, and leverages test, manufacturing, and warranty data to improve field performance. The position provides leadership for the reliability quality team while partnering closely with Product Development, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, and Service organizations. Job Responsibilities

Experience Requirements
This position typically requires a minimum of 8+ years of engineering experience with demonstrated expertise in reliability engineering, quality engineering, product validation, or product development. In addition, the successful candidate will have demonstrated the following:
