Looking to play a key role in managing telecommunications contracts for residential properties? Spectrum seeks an OpsSpctI, Comm Sol to oversee Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) contracts,maintainaccuraterecords and deliver excellent service to clients and internal teams. Your skills will ensure the smooth execution of agreements and safeguard Spectrum's interests in every project.

HowYou'llMake an Impact

  • Administer andmaintainthe MDU contracts program and database for Right-of-Entry and Bulk agreements
  • Manage contract files to ensure accuracy and completeness for risk analysis
  • Prepare andvalidatedocumentation for new and existing agreements based on established criteria
  • Track project activity, report progress to leaders and coordinate with internal teams and outside organizations
  • Review and approve contracts for signature, ensuring compliance with Spectrum policies
  • Track and manage door fees, revenue sharing and payments, collaborating with finance as needed
  • Prepare,notarizeand record contracts and easements,representingSpectrum to agencies and clients

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent industry or contract experience

Experience

  • 2-4+years of real estate or telecom industry experience

Skills

  • Ability to read, write,speakand understand English
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office applications including Excel,Wordand PowerPoint
  • Understanding of telecommunications laws and regulations
  • Knowledge of cable billing systems such as ICOMS
  • Strong verbal and written communication ability
  • Ability to interact with peers,clientsand professionals
  • Negotiation skills and sound judgment
  • Skill in prioritizing tasks andmaintainingprofessionalism under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

Experience

  • 2-4+years of experience with automated reporting and analysis applications
  • 2-4+years of experience with contracts strongly preferred
