Schedules:



  • Day Shift | 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM
  • Night Shift | 7:30 PM - 7:30 AM

Education Requirements



  • High school diploma required.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, production procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Basic computer and documentation skills preferred.


Experience Requirements



  • Minimum 1 year of production, manufacturing, machine operation, or production inspection experience required.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Ability to monitor product quality and identify defects throughout the production process.
  • Experience operating machinery or automated production equipment is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to learn new equipment, processes, and software systems quickly.
  • Bilingual English/Mandarin skills preferred, but not required.
  • Dependable with a strong focus on safety and productivity.


Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to stand and work on a production floor for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and production standards.
  • Ability to move between workstations and production equipment as needed.
  • Ability to work safely around manufacturing machinery and equipment.


Job Duties



  • Operate machinery used in the production of solar panel products following established SOPs and work instructions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.
  • Meet production goals and quality standards while maximizing equipment efficiency.
  • Perform shift handoffs by communicating machine status, raw material usage, work-in-progress, and tooling information.
  • Inspect products from previous operations and monitor current production quality.
  • Complete production records and accurately document output, downtime, defects, and abnormal conditions.
  • Report production issues, equipment concerns, and quality problems to leadership promptly.
  • Participate in safety training and follow all company safety procedures and emergency protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production objectives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
