Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
- Basic math skills required, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions, work procedures, and SOPs.
Experience Requirements
- Previous manufacturing, production, bottling, packaging, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred.
- Experience operating production equipment, packaging machinery, or automated manufacturing systems is a plus.
- Ability to inspect products for quality, labeling accuracy, and packaging compliance.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.

- Ability to identify production issues and communicate concerns to supervisors.
- Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic.
- Ability to learn production processes, equipment operation, and company products.

Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, move, and load containers, materials, and finished products.
- Ability to work around production equipment and moving machinery safely.
- Ability to perform cleaning and sanitation duties as required.
Job Duties
- Complete assigned opening and closing duties each shift.
- Operate filling, capping, labeling, and other bottling-line equipment.
- Load containers, packaging materials, and supplies onto the production line.
- Monitor filling, capping, and labeling processes to ensure products meet production and quality standards.
- Inspect products for defects, labeling accuracy, packaging issues, and overall quality.
- Pack finished products into boxes and prepare products for palletizing and shipment.
- Palletize finished products and stage completed orders as needed.
- Monitor equipment performance and report production issues or equipment concerns promptly.
- Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, SOPs, and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
- Assist with equipment cleaning, sanitation, and general production support.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production goals.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
