Schedule: 12:00 PM - 10:30 PM | Monday - Friday

Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Basic computer skills required, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email.
  • Intermediate English skills required with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand instructions and documentation.
  • Valid driver's license required.


Experience Requirements



  • Minimum 2 years of Cherry Picker and Reach Truck operating experience required.
  • Experience operating Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ) required.
  • Previous warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or transportation experience required.
  • Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems preferred.
  • Ability to obtain required equipment certifications if not already certified.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Experience with shipping, receiving, stocking, inventory control, order picking, and workflow coordination.


Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50+ pounds regularly.
  • Ability to perform repetitive bending, twisting, reaching, lifting, and walking throughout the shift.
  • Ability to stand and work up to 10 hours per day and work overtime or weekends as needed.
  • Steel-toe shoes required.
  • Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment in a busy warehouse environment.


Job Duties



  • Operate Cherry Pickers, Reach Trucks, and Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ) to support warehouse operations.
  • Perform stocking, put-away, replenishment, order picking, shipping, and inventory movement activities.
  • Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and complete transactions accurately.
  • Load, unload, and transport products throughout the warehouse while following safety standards.
  • Support shipping operations, including order processing, batch releases, and export documentation.
  • Coordinate workflow activities to ensure efficient movement of materials and on-time order fulfillment.
  • Assist with inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Follow all company safety procedures while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
