Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to read, complete, and maintain production and quality documentation.
  • Ability to follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.


Experience Requirements



  • Previous packaging, production, manufacturing, quality inspection, or assembly experience preferred.
  • Experience performing visual inspections and identifying product defects is a plus.
  • Familiarity with production documentation, labeling, and traceability requirements preferred.
  • Experience working in an ISO-regulated manufacturing environment is beneficial.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
  • Ability to accurately identify defects such as burns, discoloration, and other visual imperfections.
  • Dependable with strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and handling of products and packaging materials.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.
  • Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


Job Duties



  • Match product numbers and lot numbers to ensure correct packaging and product identification.
  • Inspect products for visual defects, including burns, discoloration, and other quality issues according to established procedures.
  • Maintain product traceability through accurate labeling and documentation of lot and product information.
  • Record production data, defect rates, and equipment-related issues.
  • Verify equipment is properly set up and operating correctly before and during production.
  • Complete all required production, quality, and traceability documentation accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
  • Follow ISO quality standards, environmental procedures, OSHA requirements, and company safety policies.
  • Support quality, environmental, and operational objectives while meeting production expectations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
