We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join a growing manufacturing operation in Suwanee, GA. This position is responsible for setting up and operating CNC equipment to produce precise metal components according to blueprints, specifications, and quality standards.

Job Duties



  • Set up and operate Hurco CNC machines to produce precision metal parts.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and machining specifications.
  • Load and adjust tools, offsets, and machine settings as needed.
  • Make machine adjustments to maintain accurate dimensions and part quality.
  • Use precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools.
  • Perform quality checks throughout the machining process.
  • Troubleshoot basic machining issues and make necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety and quality procedures.



Requirements



  • Previous hands-on experience operating and setting up Hurco CNC machines is required.
  • CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and blueprints.
  • Experience using precision measuring instruments.
  • Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, feeds, speeds, and offsets.
  • Ability to make adjustments to produce parts within required tolerances.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
