Mechanical Engineer - P3 Location: Tucson, AZ Job ID: #73207 Pay Range: $71-80 ph (W2) Duration: 6 - 12 mos The Mechanical Engineering organization is seeking skills engineers to lead hardware design, development and production of critical defense systems. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, mechanical hardware design experience, system integration skills, and a strong background in program execution and production support. Required Skills * Proven experience with concept definition through detailed design, transition to production, and production support. * Hands-on expertise with 3D CAD design tools and related product data management tools * STEM degree with 5-10 years of experience Desired Skills * Experience in design, fabrication, and integration of electronic assemblies, shelter assemblies, power distribution equipment packaging Demonstrated team player, a self-driven leader with excellent collaboration skills, interpersonal skills, and positive interactions in a teaming environment Prior leadership of small to mid-sized technical teams Benefits provided: 401K, medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state law Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is an equal opportunity employer.
