Are you our next Business Development Representative?

We're looking for an experienced Business Development Representative with a proven track record of identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospective customers, and creating qualified sales pipeline.

This role will proactively identify growth opportunities across targeted industries, strategic accounts, existing customers, and dormant accounts. Working closely with Sales and Marketing, you will develop and execute creative strategies to identify new customers, uncover opportunities, and generate business growth.

You will combine relationship building with data, technology, market intelligence, and modern prospecting tools to identify where to focus and turn those insights into new business opportunities.

Here's how you'll make an impact:

Business Development & Pipeline Creation

• Develop and execute prospecting strategies that generate qualified sales opportunities and pipeline.
• Research targeted industries, accounts, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Identify and engage prospective customers and key decision makers through strategic outreach across phone, email, and other engagement channels.
• Build relationships that lead to qualified meetings and opportunities for the sales organization.

Account Growth & Reactivation

• Partner with Sales and Marketing to identify growth opportunities within existing and strategic accounts.
• Identify new contacts, applications, and business areas where Atlas Copco can expand.
• Re-engage dormant and inactive customers to uncover new business opportunities.

Sales Intelligence & Collaboration

• Use CRM, analytics, market intelligence, and prospecting tools to identify, prioritize, and develop new opportunities.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to align business development activities with growth priorities.
• Continuously explore new technologies, approaches, and best practices to improve business development results.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Five or more years of B2B business development, sales development, inside sales, account development, or related sales experience.
• Proven track record of independently creating qualified sales pipeline through proactive business development.
• Demonstrated ability to identify prospects, engage decision makers, and develop new customer relationships.
• Strong understanding of consultative selling and complex B2B sales environments.
• Experience using CRM and modern sales development technologies.
• Excellent communication, research, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize opportunities, and manage multiple prospecting initiatives.
