General Summary:

USA Payroll and HR Specialist is the Primary administrator for US payroll and human resources with essential responsibilities in process management, data management, and reporting. Administrator of ADP Workforce Now and Bonusly.

This role is located in our Fort Mill, SC office. This is a hybrid work environment, in office Tues - Thurs.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

Payroll Administration

  • Manage payroll administration for the US Region, including processing bi-weekly non-exempt and exempt payroll, tax profile setup and maintenance, and general payroll and tax recordkeeping.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
  • Safeguard compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage and hour laws and best practices.
  • Produce scheduled and ad-hoc reports pertaining to payroll .
  • Follow up with employees who are missing timecard and hour information.
  • Complete biweekly deduction files for benefit vendors.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee questions.

HR Administration

  • Data integrity and management for ADP Workforce Now including processing employment transitions during the entire employee lifecycle from new hire onboarding to termination, while understanding the importance of the data entered and the impact it has on our various automated systems.
  • Maintain updated employee files, ensure organization of the HR files, and ensure that documents are easily accessed.
  • Conduct annual employee file and I-9 audits.
  • Administer employment verification requests.
  • Maintains human resources records
  • All other duties as assigned.

Essential Job Qualifications:

Assoc. degree from 2-year college or technical school or 3 years to 5 years direct experience

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • BA or BS degree preferred

  • Knowledge in ADP, Workforce Now; Time and Attendance, HRB

  • Three to five years of ADP payroll experience

  • Knowledge of multi-state payroll taxes

  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc)

  • Experience with data queries and running various reports related to payroll and human resource functions.

  • Experience with "pay current" a plus
