POSITION OVERVIEW

The Compensation & Recognition Coordinator supports the administration of Trilogy's compensation and recognition programs. This role serves as a primary point of contact for routine compensation and recognition inquiries, provides technical support for recognition platforms, maintains program data and records, and assists with market analysis, reporting, and program administration. Working closely with leaders across the organization, the Coordinator helps ensure compensation and recognition programs are administered consistently, accurately, and in alignment with Trilogy's total rewards strategy and culture of appreciation.

  • Serves as a point of contact for routine compensation and recognition-related questions, monitors and resolves support tickets in a timely and customer-focused manner, and escalates complex issues as needed.
  • Assists in the administration of base pay structures, incentive programs, and recognition initiatives aligned with the organization's total rewards philosophy.
  • Participates in market pricing, job benchmarking, compensation analysis, external surveys, and industry benchmarking projects using market data and internal equity considerations.
  • Evaluates and maintains job descriptions to ensure they accurately reflect organizational responsibilities and recommends appropriate salary grades or pay ranges for new and revised positions.
  • Maintains accurate compensation records, including employee data, job codes, incentive participation, and program eligibility information.
  • Provides technical support for recognition platforms, including account assistance, order troubleshooting, program navigation, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinates enterprise-wide recognition initiatives, awards programs, nominations, communications, and related recognition activities in partnership with leaders across the organization.
  • Maintains accurate records related to recognition programs, including eligibility lists, participation data, tracking logs, and program documentation.
  • Supports compensation and recognition reporting, audits, data validation, forecasting, and program analysis to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established standards.
  • Partners with Payroll, Employee Services, operational leaders, and other departments to support the accurate administration of compensation and recognition programs.
  • Develops, maintains, and supports procedures, job aids, communications, educational materials, and related education efforts for compensation and recognition programs.
  • Assists with the design, implementation, and enhancement of compensation and recognition programs, processes, and initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.
