Are you a data wizard with a passion for optimizing supply chains and driving strategic decisions? We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to play a pivotal role in our dynamic supply chain finance team. In this position, you will be instrumental in maintaining critical data infrastructure, revolutionizing inventory management, and providing actionable insights that directly influence our global operations. Your expertise will not only enhance efficiency but also contribute to a holistic, data-driven approach that shapes the future of our supply chain.

What You'll Do



  • Collaborate with business and finance stakeholders to align technology solutions with strategic objectives.
  • Translate complex business requirements into actionable plans for development teams.
  • Conduct thorough cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses for system implementations.
  • Identify and resolve complex business problems, leveraging technical expertise to optimize processes and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust databases, reports, and interactive dashboards to visualize key performance indicators.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive metrics for tracking and managing overall inventory and identifying excess, driving efficiency across the supply chain.
  • Utilize large datasets and automation tools to provide a holistic view of supply chain operations and enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Act as a key liaison between business units and the finance organization, ensuring technical solutions effectively meet user needs.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, contributing to organizational goals within project teams.


What You'll Bring



  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, inventory management, and data analysis.
  • Proven expertise in developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics for inventory management and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and perform complex data analysis.
  • Experience with automation tools and technologies specifically applied to inventory management and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously from conception to completion.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including ERP systems, database management systems, and reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in querying databases, building reports, and creating dashboards.
