Lead Behavioral Health Coordinator

HealthPartners Regions is looking to hire a Lead Behavioral Health Coordinator to join our outpatient Behavioral Health team in Lake Elmo! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.

Position Summary:

The purposes of this position are: To act as a team lead for the Development Pediatric team, to assure that established protocols and systems are maintained, to batch daily charges, to provide patient appointment scheduling, appointment referral administration/information, registration, and clinic reception services to designated area, and to perform related duties as assigned. Works with patients of all ages, primarily adults.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM

Required Qualifications:

• Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Five years office clerical experience, including a minimum of two years in a medical office setting.

• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Exceptional customer service skills (internal and external)

  • Expertise use of computer, phone system and other office machines

  • Knowledge of all policies, procedures and regulations relating to position and clinic assignment

  • Ability to systematically and skillfully respond to telephone calls and customer requests

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Attention to details in distracting environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:

  • Experience in a healthcare setting and EPIC
