THE ROLE

AMD is looking for a senior leader to lead Enterprise Ecosystem Marketing across our most important OEM, cloud, ISV, and GSI partners. Reporting to the Corporate Vice President, AI & Enterprise Marketing, this leader will define how AMD works with its partner ecosystem to reach enterprise customers, accelerate adoption of AMD technologies and solutions, and strengthen AMD's position across priority markets. The scope spans AMD EPYC processors, AMD Instinct accelerators, AMDPensandonetworking, and enterprise AI. This leader will own AMD's corporate marketing relationships with strategic enterprise partners while working closely with Partner teams in the Business Units, Global Account and Partner Sales leaders, and AMD Marketing. A key part of the role is building a more integrated Enterprisepartnermotion across partner types, prioritizing where AMD invests people and marketing dollars, and creating a consistent operating model for planning, execution, and measurement. Success will be measured by partner-influenced pipeline and revenue, Enterprise program adoption, investment effectiveness, customer proof, and AMD visibility and preference across strategic partner go-to-market motions.

THE PERSON

You are an experienced B2B technology marketing leader who understands how partner ecosystems influence enterprise customer decisions. You have firsthand experience working within or alongside major technology partners and know how product, sales, alliances, and marketing teams come together to bring solutions to market. You are comfortable building senior partner relationships, making portfolio and investment choices, andoperatingin a complex matrix. You also have experience building and developing teams through change and know how to create scalable operating models rather than relying on one-off execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define Enterprise Ecosystem Marketing Strategy- Lead AMD's partner marketing strategy across OEM, CSP, ISV, and GSI partners, connecting AMD technologies and solutions to priority enterprise workloads and customer opportunities.
  • Build an Integrated Partner Motion- Bring partner types together around common Enterprise priorities, solutions, and use cases rather thanoperatingas separate silos.
  • Prioritize Investments- Determine where AMD should invest time, people, MDF, andOpExbased on customeropportunity, strategic importance, partner commitment, and expected business impact.
  • Build Strategic Partner Relationships- Develop strong relationships with senior marketing and business leaders at AMD's highest-priority partners and shape joint priorities and programs.
  • Drive Customer- and Solution-Led Programs-Guideintegrated programs that bring AMD and its partners together around priority workloads, solutions, and customer needs.
  • Increase AMD Influence Within Partner GTM- Strengthen AMD visibility, differentiation, and preference across partner campaigns, launches, events, digital properties, marketplaces, and sales motions.
  • Establish Measurement and Governance- Build consistent frameworks for planning, investment decisions, and measuring partner-influenced pipeline and revenue, program adoption, investment effectiveness, customer proof, and AMD visibility.
  • Connect Teams Across AMD- Align Partner teams in the Business Units, Global Account and Partner Sales leaders, and AMD Marketing around common priorities with clear and complementary responsibilities.
  • Lead and Scale the Team- Build and develop a high-performing Partner Marketing organization whileremainingpersonally engaged in the highest-priority partner relationships and initiatives.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • B2B technology marketing experience, including significant partner, ecosystem, alliance, channel, or enterprise marketing experience.
  • Experience working at, or closely with, a leading OEM, cloud service provider, enterprise software company, systems integrator, or other major technology partner.
  • Demonstrated experience developing or transforming partner marketing programs during a period of business or go-to-market change.
  • Strong executive relationship-building skills and experience influencing across Sales, Product, Business Unit, and Marketing organizations.
  • Experience managing partner marketing investments, including MDF andOpEx, and connecting investment decisions to measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience working across multiple partner types and building integrated go-to-market programs around customer needs and solutions.
  • Proven ability to build, develop, and scale high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology markets, including datacenter infrastructure, cloud, AI, networking, enterprise software, or adjacent categories.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational leadership skills.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, ora relatedfield.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred but notrequired.

LOCATION

  • Seattle, WA; Santa Clara, CA; or Austin, TX.
