Job Summary Mass General Brigham Office of the Chief Medical Officer (OCMO) is seeking an experienced Data Analyst II to join a high-performing analytics team focused on healthcare data, reporting, and clinical data product development. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, translating data into actionable insights, and partnering with stakeholders across a large healthcare system.Role Overview Reporting to the High Reliability Organization (HRO) Analytics Manager, the Data Analyst II will support a cross-functional team responsible for developing clinical data products across areas such as Quality, Safety, Health Equity, Community Health, Patient Experience, Provider Wellbeing, Credentialing, Pharmacy, and Formulary. Key Responsibilities *Collect, analyze, and report data to support daily operations, strategic planning, and business performance decisions. *Collate, model, interpret, and analyze healthcare and operational data. *Identify trends, explain variances, and communicate findings in a clear and accessible way. *Develop and maintain exploratory analyses, reports, dashboards, and data visualizations in partnership with analytics engineers and visualization developers. *Create clear business definitions and documentation for data products. *Complete thorough quality assurance procedures to ensure accuracy, reliability, trustworthiness, and validity of work. *Perform source-to-target data validation for dashboards, reports, and visualizations. *Collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders to define needs, align on priorities, and support strategic objectives.
