Bring your leadership and purchasing experience to an environment where the scale is significant and career opportunities extend well beyond a single location. As Procurement Supervisor, you will lead and develop a team of buyers supporting a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment with hundreds of thousands of SKUs, millions of dollars in material activity, and a network of domestic and international suppliers. You will strengthen team performance through employee development, accountability, workload management, succession planning, and process improvement-all while helping achieve critical operational and supplier-performance goals. This opportunity is designed for a proven people manager who enjoys being present with the team, coaching employees, solving problems, and improving how work gets done. You should bring progressive purchasing experience and practical knowledge of purchase orders, supplier relationships, material procurement, and purchasing processes. Experience with ERP or MRP systems and strong Excel skills will also be important to your success. Manufacturing experience is valuable but not required. If you have advanced within purchasing, directly managed and developed employees, addressed performance and accountability matters, and succeeded in a complex, high-volume environment, this could be an excellent next step in your career.
