Our Global Reward team shapes reward strategies that help attract, retain, and motivate talent across Macquarie. Based in New York in this 6+ month contract role, you'll work as part of a global advisory team across New York, London and Sydney, delivering reward solutions that are competitive, commercially aligned, compliant, and informed by market and workforce insights.

What role will you play? Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility As a Global Reward Adviser, you will help deliver insight-led reward advice across Macquarie, combining analytical capability, market insight, and practical remuneration expertise. You will analyze compensation and workforce data, identify trends, support the design and review of reward packages, and translate insights into clear recommendations for business and People & Culture stakeholders.
You will work closely with Reward colleagues and business stakeholders to support annual remuneration processes, market benchmarking, regulatory and governance requirements, and ad hoc reward analysis. This role would suit someone who enjoys working with data, applying judgement to compensation matters, and using analysis to inform practical business decisions.

Salary range for this position: $130,000 - $170,000/year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
