We are seeking an Annuity Systems Analysis Manager, Distribution Partner Integration to join our Distribution Partner Integration team. This role is based in Charlotte, NC. As Annuity Systems Analysis Manager, Distribution Partner Integration, you will lead a team responsible for enabling and supporting technology solutions across the annuity distribution and administration ecosystem. You will manage day-to-day team priorities, drive backlog execution, and ensure seamless integration with key annuity vendor platforms and partners. This role requires deep domain expertise across the annuity lifecycle, including product configuration, new business, in-force policy servicing, and distribution enablement. You will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and distribution partners, ensuring delivery alignment, operational efficiency, and scalable solutions. A critical component of this role is leveraging advanced systems analysis practices alongside emerging AI tools to optimize workflows, improve productivity, and scale team output. - Lead and manage a team of system analysts and developers, including work prioritization, backlog management, delivery oversight, and continuous optimization through AI-enabled productivity tools and intelligent automation solutions.
- Provide ongoing performance feedback, career development guidance, and succession planning to strengthen team capability, retention, and adoption of emerging technologies, including AI-assisted analysis and automation platforms.
- Motivate and align team members to achieve operational objectives while maintaining strong employee engagement, customer focus, and a mindset of innovation and continuous process improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of coordination between IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver scalable and efficient technology solutions.
- Drive integration efforts with annuity vendor platforms (e.g., policy administration systems, order entry platforms, DTCC, FireLight, etc.) while identifying opportunities to automate workflows and improve data exchange efficiencies.
- Support annuity product launches and enhancements, ensuring alignment across systems, processes, distribution channels, and automation capabilities.
- Identify and resolve system and process issues, proactively mitigating risks and dependencies through data-driven analysis, automation, and operational monitoring.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes using LEAN, Agile, AI-enabled solutions, process mining, and workflow automation technologies to reduce manual effort and operational costs.
- Lead the implementation of intelligent automation initiatives that streamline business processes, reduce cycle times, and improve service delivery across the annuity lifecycle.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding timelines, risks, delivery status, automation opportunities, and business value realization.
- Provide thought leadership on industry trends, vendor capabilities, AI innovation, automation strategies, and distribution best practices.
- Ensure high-quality system analysis deliverables, including requirements, functional specifications, testing strategies, automation use cases, and AI-assisted documentation.
Experience you bring
- 8+ years of experience in systems analysis, business systems, technology delivery, application development leadership, or digital transformation roles.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing delivery in fast-paced environments while driving operational excellence through automation and process optimization.
- Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing teams through effective hiring, onboarding, coaching, employee development, and technology modernization initiatives.
- Proven track record of implementing AI-powered solutions, workflow automation, and business process improvements that significantly reduce manual work, increase productivity, and enhance customer outcomes.
- Deep expertise in business process analysis, requirements management, systems integration, and enterprise technology delivery.
- Experience identifying, redesigning, and automating manual business processes, resulting in measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Strong systems analysis skillset, including requirements elicitation, process modeling, functional design, testing coordination, and AI-assisted business analysis techniques.
- Experience leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI tools, intelligent workflow platforms, robotic process automation (RPA), and low-code/no-code technologies to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
- Experience working with enterprise vendor ecosystems, including: Policy administrative platforms,Order entry/eApp tools (firelight), data and transaction hubs (DTCC)
- Demonstrated experience with process improvement methodologies (Agile, Scrum, LEAN, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, etc.).
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions while balancing strategic objectives and operational execution.

The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
