The Georgia Tech Scheller Executive MBA (EMBA) is a 17-month weekend MBA program for experienced, accomplished professionals seeking to expand their leadership impact while continuing to advance their careers. The program attracts mid-to-senior level managers, emerging executives, entrepreneurs, military leaders, and technical professionals from a wide range of industries who bring significant professional experience and leadership potential to the classroom. The Recruiting Manager serves as the primary point of contact for prospective students throughout the recruitment and admissions process, helping candidates evaluate their fit for the program, understand the value of the EMBA experience, and successfully navigate their decision-making journey. The role requires building strong relationships with prospective students, employers, alumni, students, and corporate partners while representing the Scheller College of Business and Georgia Tech with professionalism and credibility.

Job Summary

Develop and manage short-term and long-term plans for MBA recruitment. Represent the MBA programs at recruiting events on and off campus; develop and conduct MBA information sessions and other on-campus recruiting and yield events. Conduct personal informational interviews upon request of prospective applicants/students and respond to inquiries via phone, e-mail, and walk-in. Work with Director of MBA Admissions and MBA Marketing Manager to identify sources for potential applicants to the MBA program. Personally contact candidates to promote Georgia Tech programs. Coordinate all yield efforts and events for admitted applicants; represent the Georgia Tech MBA programs to HR representatives in metro-Atlanta and make on-site presentations. Interact with College of Management MBA Admissions Office staff, Director, GT staff, applicants, students, individuals at off campus events.

Responsibilities

Job Duty 1 -
Develop and manage short-term and long-term plans for MBA recruitment. Represent the MBA programs at recruiting events on and off campus.

Personally contact candidates to promote Georgia Tech programs. Coordinate all yield efforts and events for admitted applicants.

Represent the Georgia Tech MBA programs to HR representatives in metro-Atlanta and make on-site presentations.

Salary range: $56,678.00 - $72,000.00 / annually, commensurate with experience.
