Are you passionate about helping others build stability, independence, and brighter futures? Join our team in Neillsville, WI as a Residential Support Professional and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals receiving services in our Addictions, Restorative Justice, Mental Health Residential, and Crisis programs. Schedule Full-Time | 38.5 Hours Per Week 12.5-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 8:30 PM) with a rotating schedule:

What You'll Do As a Residential Support Professional, you will provide daily support, supervision, and encouragement to residents while helping create a safe, respectful, and recovery-focused environment.
