When customers systems need to fly higher, dig deeper, stand stronger, and last longer -- anywhere on, above or below the earth -- ATI is proven to perform. *Required Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field) or Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field *Knowledge, Skills and Abilities* Background in manufacturing processes and the use of methodologies to optimize production systems. Familiarity with PSM regulations and elements Continuous improvement mindset Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to address operational needs and improvement goals. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and implement effective changes. Experience leading improvement projects and mentoring junior engineers. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
