Description

This is a per diem/casual position working 8-hour varied day shifts with on-call availability during evenings and weekends on a rotating basis. Standard day shift hours are 7am-3:30pm with standby coverage from 3:30pm-8pm Monday-Friday and 8am-8pm on weekends. Located at Scripps Mercy San Diego in Hillcrest.

What you'll do:

  • Responsible for providing age specific care, education and imaging procedures in conjunction with other members of the defined health care team.
  • Adheres to safety standards and regulatory requirements; participates in Quality Control and Performance Improvement activities.
  • Maintains own clinical competency and mandatory requirements.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association

  • CNMT (California Department of Public Health - Certified Technologist Nuclear Medicine)

  • Venipuncture

  • Completion of a formal training/educational program in an approved school of Nuclear Medicine

  • Imaging experience in a hospital or clinic setting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ARRT

  • 1-2 years of experience
