Are you a relationship-driven recruiting professional who thrives on finding top talent and creating a seamless onboarding experience? We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts and help support a growing manufacturing organization.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, technical, skilled trades, and professional positions.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, outreach, career fairs, and community partnerships.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies and coordinate interviews.
• Screen candidates, manage recruitment pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate offers, background checks, onboarding activities, and new hire documentation.
• Conduct engaging new employee orientations and support employees through their onboarding journey.
• Maintain accurate records in HR systems, including ADP Workforce Now and related platforms.
• Track recruiting metrics, hiring progress, and workforce planning needs.
• Build strong relationships with employees, managers, candidates, and external partners while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; HR or Business degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of recruiting and onboarding experience.
• Experience managing multiple openings simultaneously.
• Knowledge of employment laws, hiring compliance, and HR best practices.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Manufacturing, skilled trades, technical, or government contractor recruiting experience preferred.
