Schedule Details:



  • 12-Hour Shifts | 7 AM - 7 PM OR 7 PM - 7 AM
  • Rotating Schedule | 3 days one week 4 the next

Education Requirements



  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow job orders, production specifications, and work instructions.


Experience Requirements



  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in offset printing, press operations, or a manufacturing production environment.
  • Experience supporting printing press setup, operation, maintenance, and production processes.
  • Familiarity with printing materials, press components, and quality standards.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience using micrometers and precision measuring tools.
  • Knowledge of printing press registration, color adjustments, and quality control processes.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality printed materials.


Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift and move printing materials, plates, and equipment components as needed.
  • Comfortable working around moving machinery, production equipment, and industrial cleaning chemicals.
  • Manual dexterity required for handling tools, press components, and detailed adjustments.


Job Duties



  • Assist with offset printing press setup by installing printing plates, blankets, packing sheets, and reinforcing bars using hand and power tools.
  • Adjust feeder systems, delivery mechanisms, guides, grippers, feed wheels, and other press components to ensure proper machine operation.
  • Support press operators by making color, registration, and print-quality adjustments before and during production runs.
  • Remove, replace, and adjust rollers while assisting with routine press maintenance and equipment upkeep.
  • Clean printing blankets, rollers, ink fountains, and related press components using approved solvents and cleaning systems.
  • Verify job specifications and ensure proper materials are prepared for each production run.
  • Perform routine operational maintenance and minor repairs under the direction of senior Press Operators.
  • Maintain a safe work environment while meeting production schedules and quality expectations.
