Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Job Duties
- Assemble small precision components using tweezers and specialized tools.
- Perform assembly work under a microscope for extended periods.
- Follow blueprints, work instructions, and process flow sheets.
- Document production activities and completed work in computer systems.
- Conduct quality inspections using visual checks and measuring instruments.
- Maintain clean room standards, including wearing required protective equipment.
- Ensure all work is completed according to established procedures and quality requirements.
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- Ability to assemble products or components according to work instructions and production standards.
- Ability to safely use basic hand tools, power tools, fixtures, or production equipment as required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect completed work for quality.
- Ability to maintain productivity while performing repetitive assembly tasks.
- Dependable attendance, teamwork, and commitment to workplace safety.
- Some manufacturing/assembly/production experience.
- Medical Assembly preferred.
- Microscope experience preferred.
- Need to be able to stand the FULL SHIFT.
- No accommodations can be made.
- OT is mandated if needed on weekends.
- Strong focus on work quality, they are fine with mistakes being made in training, but they will end someone very quickly if they repeatedly find them not following their work process exactly as it is written for them.
- Comfortable working on computer

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred.
- Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial.
- Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Pipeline Assembler.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment.
- Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.
