Looking for Shipping and Receiving Clerk jobs in Tucson where accuracy and teamwork keep products moving? This opportunity lets you play a key role in receiving incoming shipments, preparing outbound orders, and helping maintain an organized, efficient warehouse operation.

Job Duties

• Receive incoming packages and freight from UPS, FedEx, and other carriers, and enter receipts in the ERP system.
• Inspect boxes and pallets for damage, tampering, or poor condition before acceptance, and document any damage found.
• Compare supplier packing slips and shipping documents against purchase order and part information in ERP, and count and verify quantities received.
• Investigate discrepancies in quantity, part number, or documentation, and escalate unresolved issues to Purchasing.
• Request missing certifications, packing slips, or other required documentation from suppliers.
• Label material accurately and in accordance with company and traceability requirements.
• Stage received material for inspection, stock, or production, organized so it can be located quickly and accurately.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Experience receiving, storing, picking, packing, or shipping products in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to accurately complete shipping and receiving documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment following company procedures.
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality, and inventory accuracy.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry, accurate typing, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Valid Arizona driver's license and satisfactory driving record for movement of material between company buildings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanners, or inventory software is preferred.
• Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment is beneficial.
• Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, or order fulfillment is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate dependability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely load, unload, and organize products in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and production conditions as required.
