Your Role in Our Mission

  • To add final components to a quality product by cleaning cushions, inserting valves, grommets, snaps, and inflating cushions according to established procedures.

  • Assembles quality product by: Gluing hoses with valves into cushions; inspecting and cleaning cushions; filling out work orders; inserting grommets; snapping mattresses; inflating cushions; hanging the cushion on the appropriate trolley line; placing stickers on the ISO Flow; and building/ installing IFC valves.

  • Supports operations by: Assisting in assembling components on IFC installation/assembly as needed.

  • Maintain quality service by: Keeping error rates minimal and within acceptable ranges; correctly reading work orders/ filling out work orders and diagrams for customs; maintaining an efficient work pace; meeting and exceeding all performance measurements: quantity, accuracy, timeliness, and thoroughness of work performed.

  • Maintains safe and clean work environment by: Operating all machinery in a safe and efficient manner; reporting any safety hazards to assigned supervisor or safety manager; complying with all safety and quality policies, practices and procedures.

  • Contributes to team effort by: Maintaining a good attendance record; accomplishing related results as needed. Assemble components on IFC installation/assembly as needed when shorthanded.

  • Maintains technical knowledge by: Attending educational workshops, seminars, and conferences.

  • Highlight cross-functional collaboration and ownership.

  • Emphasize continuous improvement and efficiency.

What You'll Bring

  • Education and Experience: Associate Level.

  • Must be skill checked on 1 position within the assigned department within 30 days of hire.

  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one on one and small group situations to customers, clients, and/or other employees of the organization.

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

  • Planning/Organization: Prioritize tasks. Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Tools and Equipment: Valve brush; glue can; grommet machine; grommet setters; hammer; punches; screwdriver; inflation tables; snap machines; punch boards; vacuum cleaner; cleaning brush; trolley line equipment; chemical containers; bleed valve; insertion tools, valve insert tools.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Strong problem-solving mindset.

Pay Transparency

The expected pay range for this role is $17.00 - $17.50 per hour. Final compensation will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity.
