We're looking for a remote Scheduling Specialist to provide exceptional support to patients and referring providers. In this role, you will answer inbound calls, coordinate appointments, and process documentation to ensure a smooth and positive scheduling experience.

This position requires up to 6 months of in person, onsite training at our Chesterfield, Missouri location.

Working hours are Monday-Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. CST with a rotational Saturday shift every 4 weeks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented team member to manage patient scheduling and insurance verification. Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling exams, collecting patient information, verifying insurance, obtaining required authorizations, and communicating appointment details to patients and clinical staff. Strong communication, organization, accuracy, and customer service skills are essential.

Required:

1. High school diploma, or equivalent
2. Microsoft Office Suite experience
3. Proficient with using computer systems and typing
4. Able to handle multi-level phone system with a high volume of calls at one time

Preferred:

1. One (1) year customer service experience
2. Medical terminology and previous clinical business office experience
3. Bilingual
