Key Responsibilities:

As a International Account Specialist, you will...

• Manage international import and export orders from start to finish, including order entry, purchase orders, shipment coordination, documentation, transportation, and delivery tracking.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to provide timely order updates, resolve shipping challenges, and support a smooth customer experience.
• Ensure import/export accuracy and compliance by maintaining required documentation, completing shipment audits, tracking activity, and following established customs and regulatory processes.
• Resolve order, freight, billing, and customer issues, including complaints, credits, adjustments, delays, and additional charges, while proactively identifying ways to minimize business and customer impact.
• Maintain accurate business data and support continuous improvement, including customer and pricing information, reporting, training, process updates, and collaboration with Supply Chain and S&OP teams.

• International order management expertise, including at least 2 years of experience supporting import/export activities and a working knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping processes.
• A strong customer mindset, backed by 3+ years in customer service, order management, supply chain, or another customer-facing environment.
• ERP and technology experience, ideally with SAP, plus proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Confident communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build relationships, make sound decisions, and navigate complex customer and shipping challenges.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-moving, global environment, balancing multiple priorities while partnering across internal teams, customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and brokers.

Education & Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience considered. CCS certification is a plus.
