In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in managing the intricate logistics of international shipments for advanced robotics platforms and hardware. You will navigate complex customs regulations, coordinate with a global network of partners, and ensure projects, from short-term roadshows to long-term site acquisitions, are executed flawlessly. Your meticulous attention to detail and proactive problem-solving will directly support groundbreaking research and development, making a significant contribution to the advancement of innovative technologies.

What You Will Do



  • Manage global logistics for robotics platforms and hardware, ensuring timely and secure international shipments.
  • Oversee customs documentation, classification, and coordinate with service providers and vendors to streamline processes.
  • Facilitate continuous workflow by executing follow-the-sun handoffs with international peers, meticulously updating ticket trackers and process flows.
  • Lead project management efforts using tools like Asana for diverse initiatives, from short-term event support to long-term site acquisitions and equipment imports.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, security, procurement teams, and external logistics/crating specialists.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, providing timely updates, tracking milestones, and proactively addressing service failures.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for vendor disputes and financial matters, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Contribute to the development of robust process documentation and knowledge base resources.
  • Navigate multi-story facilities and occasionally assist with lifting 30-50 lbs (team lifts available), supporting hands-on operational needs.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills, capable of managing complex logistics operations.
  • Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities, including a strong customer service orientation and negotiation expertise.
  • Proven flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, research-driven environment with rapidly changing priorities.
  • Experience with project management tools, specifically Asana, including tracking meetings and progress.
  • High degree of confidentiality and meticulous attention to detail, crucial for handling sensitive engineering hardware and designs.
  • Ability to work within a hybrid on-site environment (at least 3 days/week) and be mobile across floors.
  • Eagerness to learn and actively contribute to process documentation.
  • Openness to taking direction and performing operational tasks, even with more senior experience.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Background in logistics, freight forwarding, or operations, particularly within aerospace, high-tech hardware supply chain, or similar fields.
  • Familiarity with ticket systems.
  • Basic understanding of PLM systems or engineering artifacts (e.g., step files).
