Job Description We offer a competitive salary for this role, with an expected range of $62,800-$79,500. The final offer will depend on your experience, skills, and overall qualifications. The Program Controls department at Bath Iron Works is charged with ensuring that all program efforts are executed in a manner consistent with the various contract types, terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of negotiation of each contract. These obligations are to ensure that the appropriate business model is being adhered to in order to safeguard profit maximization. The Program Analyst III position is responsible for maintaining and reporting on the financial and contractual health of the Post Delivery & Service contracts that Bath Iron Works holds with the United States Navy. This includes applying project management principles to assigned projects, as well as day-to-day maintenance of the BIW cost systems and data reporting platforms. An overarching tenet of the department's direction is to continue to develop, design & implement new/revised policies, procedures, tools & techniques to manage the growing volume of scope on the Post Delivery & Service contracts.
