Human Resources Intern - Dewey

POSITION OVERVIEW

This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting real business priorities within Human Resourcesand plant operations. The intern will contribute to meaningful projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop skills aligned to professional growth and business impact.This role is designed to provide practical experience in a fast-paced environment while building foundational capabilities in problem solving, communication, and teamwork.

This internship is a full-time (40 hours/week), paid position that is 11-12 weeks in length during the summer of 2027, located at our Dewey location.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support day-to-day activities and key projects within Human Resourcesand plant operations.

  • Conduct research, analysis, or data review to support business decisions

  • Assist in developing reports, presentations, or process documentation

  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across the organization

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement or efficiency gains

  • Present project findings, recommendations, or results

QUALIFICATIONS - REQUIRED

  • Candidates with or working toward a BSin Business, Engineer(Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical)Biology, Chemistry, or a related fields

  • Strong user of Microsoft Office suite of products, with advanced Excel skills.

  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS - PREFERRED

  • Exposure toLean Manufacturing, Six Sigma,Continuous Improvement methodology, time studies in a manufacturing setting.

  • Prior internship, project, or relevant experience
