The Sanitation Lead is responsible for overseeing daily sanitation operations while ensuring a safe, clean, and compliant work environment. This role supports distribution activities, promotes adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), and assists in team coordination and training.
Key Responsibilities * Act as a point of contact during the shift for sanitation-related issues. *Participate in cleaning activities *Develop and implement sanitation procedures that comply with industry and regulatory standards. *Train and educate sanitation team on proper procedures and safety protocols *Collaborate with departments to ensure sanitation procedures do not interfere with production schedules *Document and maintain records of sanitation procedures and inspections. *Conduct equipment inspections after sanitors have completed cleaning tasks and provide feedback to sanitors and the bakery *Investigate and resolve any sanitation related complaints or issues *Conduct and report ATP testing on cleaned surfaces Right Place for You We are bold, kind, strive to do the right thing, we play to win, and we believe in a strong community that thrives together.
