Logistics Engineer III

Providing life cycle logistics support for C5ISR systems

FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering, technical, or business discipline and at least three years of relevant experience; OR an associates degree in an engineering, technical, or business discipline and at least seven years of relevant experience; OR a high school diploma / General Educational Development (GED) and at least nine years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience analyzing the logistical functions of multiple concurrent projects
• Demonstrated experience assessing the life cycle of a product including resource planning for acquisition, reporting of parts and consumables, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, and final disposal
• Demonstrated experience analyzing BOMs and planning for replenishments, substitutes of parts/materials, production set-ups, and ECPs
• Demonstrated experience resolving schedule, material, or system problems with cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated experience approving part or material requisitions and initiate production and purchase orders
• Demonstrated experience optimizing sourcing, allocations, distributions, and inventory control

• Defense Acquisition University (DAU) ACQ 1010 - Fundamentals of Systems Acquisition Management
• DAU LOG 1000 - Life Cycle Logistics Fundamentals
• DAU LOG 1050 - Fundamentals of Systems Sustainment Management
• Experience with NAWCAD WOLF acquisition processes

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL
